106 Carson Struble (Hopkins) So Last season, Carson’s final record was 11-18 and he did not enter the post season. This year, Carson improved to 38-18 and a 3rd place finish at regionals which earned him a spot at Ford Field. At state, Struble wrestled two tough wrestlers close and overall did a great job. 106 Thomas Leahy (St. Clair Shores Lakeshore) Jr. Last year, Thomas finished 36-10 and was eliminated at regionals This season, Leahy finished a fantastic 54-1 and wrestled his way to the very top of the podium, earning a state championship. 106 Brodie Dunbar (Hartland) Brodie was 13-7 last year as a Freshman and wasn’t able to make it out of districts. This year Brodie exploded onto the scene and finished his sophomore season 44-14 and claimed 6th place in the state at Ford Field. Great job, Brodie.
